Mollie Eckleberry Owens, 85, of the 2200 block of Lockheed Ave., died Sunday, July 2, 1995, at her residence.
Mrs. Owens was retired as a sales clerk from Kiff Grocer Stores and was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Orley D. and Margaret D. Eckleberry and the widow of Dennis C. Owens. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Ray Owens.
Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Owens Neal of Chesapeake; a daughter-in-law, Margie Owens, also of Chesapeake; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Twiford Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake, with the Rev. Robert Sowder officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will be at the residence.
