Mary Williams Moore, 91, of the 600 block of Spruce St., died July 2, 1995, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
A native of Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Ananias and Fannie Urquhart Williams and the widow of Roy B. Moore. She was a retired factory worker and a member of Macedonia AME Church and the Stewardess Board.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth M. Richardson of Suffolk; a son, Vernon Moore of Portsmouth; a brother, Theodore Williams of Suffolk; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Macedonia AME Church by the Rev. George Johnson. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Richardson, 112 Lewis Ave., Suffolk. Crocker Funeral Home is in charge.
