Elsie Frances Thomas, 87, of the 3000 block of Sewells Point Road, a homemaker, died July 3, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Thomas was born in Stubenville, Ohio, and was the widow of Robert Thomas. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, North Congregation, Humboldt Street, Norfolk.
Survivors include a niece and her husband, Priscilla and Bob Dew of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. today in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by Mr. Lawrence Knight. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Baltimore. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses Worldwide Work.
