Milton Marble Johnson of the 1400 block of Shipp Ave., died July 5, 1995, in Sentara Nursing Center, Newtown Road.
A native of Norfolk, he was a chauffeur, gardener and care taker. He was a Baptist and a U.S. Army veteran of World War I.
Survivors include three cousins, Lottie Bullock Jones, Earnest Bullock, both of Norfolk, and Dr. Leroy Gaskin of Hyattsville, Md.; and a host of great-nieces and cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home by the Rev. Frank Guns. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. The family will gather at the chapel at 10:30 a.m. for the service.
