REGINALD E. MULLEN

Reginald Eugene Mullen, 53, of the 600 block of W. Lynn Shores Circle, died on July 4, 1995, in a boating accident in Currituck, N.C., while on vacation.

He was a senior estimator for the W.F. Magann Corp. of Portsmouth for over 15 years. He was born in Norfolk and was the son of the late Mildred Williams and Herbert Eugene Mullen. Mr. Mullen was a graduate of Oak Ridge Military Academy, attended East Carolina University and was a graduate of Old Dominion University. He attended Kings Grant Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Fay Mullen; two daughters, Shannon Lynette Mullen of Waynesboro, Va., and Jennifer Fay Mullen of Virginia Beach; two aunts, Margaret Maston and Edna Mathias, and an uncle, Thomas Maston, all of Franklin, Va.

A memorial funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Kings Grant Baptist Church by the Rev. W. Jerry Holcomb. Memorial contributions may be made to the Professional Construction Estimators Association Scholarship Fund, Hampton Roads Chapter No. 17, P.O. Box 61946, Virginia Beach, Va. 23462. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
