Norma Carol Walthall, 61, died July 3, 1995, in Florida.
She was a native of Chattanooga, Tenn., and was a former member of Church of the Resurrection, Portsmouth, Va. She was the widow of Marion John Walthall Sr.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Leigh Tarr of Portsmouth; two sons, Marion John Walthall Jr. and Richard J. Radcliffe, both of Florida; one sister, and seven grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Father Joseph S. Slowik. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
