Ella Morris Tillery, 89, of the 600 block of E. Stokes St., a homemaker, died July 8, 1995, in Guardian Care Nursing Home, Ahoskie.
Mrs. Tillery was born in Bertie County, N.C. She was the widow of David Andrew Tillery and was a member of Creech Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Rawls of Aulander, N.C.; two sons, Stanley O. Tillery and Clay W. Tillery, both of Ahoskie; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Garrett Funeral Home, Ahoskie, by the Rev. Larry W. Soblonte and the Rev. Lester Jarrett. Burial will be in Ahoskie Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and other times at 910 Lakeview Drive, Ahoskie.
