Deborah Hewitt Chaffin, 41, of the 1100 block of Virginia Ave., died July 8, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Chaffin; a son, Stephen Allen Chaffin Jr.; her mother, Martha Lindauer Hewitt; and two sisters, Priscilla A. Hewitt and Rachel L. Hagerman, all of Portsmouth; and two brothers, James M. Hewitt III of Chesapeake and David W. Hewitt of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Tom Potter. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
