As a nine-year resident of Virginia Beach, I am well-aware of the mandatory water restrictions in our city.
I recently received the SPSA recycling bin, along with instructions for its use. All cans, bottles and jars are to be rinsed thoroughly prior to placement in the container.
I would much rather use the water on my lawn or even to wash my car. Perhaps I can place the bottles and cans in my yard and turn the sprinkler on to rinse them.
