Jack Lambert, 71, of the 1000 block of Green Leaf Road, died July 14, 1995, in Alliant Medical Pavilion in Louisville.
He was a retired Navy veteran.
Survivors include a son, James Lambert of Virginia Beach; a daughter, Joyce Edna Boss of Carrollton, Texas; brother-in-law, Mr. Hyatt Tallent of Louisville; and five grandchildren, James and Edward Lambert and Colt, Tara and Shawna Boss.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Vankirk Funeral Home Chapel, Corbin, Ky., by Dr. Stephen Aschmann. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. today in the funeral home.
