Concepcion Garcera Rabulan, 79, of the 3900 block of Timberhill Place, a retired optometrist and teacher in the Philippines, died July 16, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Rabulan was born in Goa Camarines Sur, Philippines. She was a member of First Filipino Baptist Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Laurencio A. Rabulan; three daughters, Nellie Alegre and Shirley Vibar, both of Virginia Beach, and Editha Rabulan of the Philippines; three sons, Donders Rabulan of Virginia Beach, Homer Rabulan of Los Angeles, Calif., and La Verne Rabulan of Miami, Fla.; a sister, Gloria Primavera of Los Angeles; and 18 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Paul Ignacio. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The First Filipino Baptist Church.
