Ray Lewis, 88, formerly a resident of Urbanna, Va., and Richmond, Va., and recently of Virginia Beach, died July 23, 1995.
He was retired from Dupont Company and was one of the founding fathers of Sugar Plum Inc.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Ruth Watson Lewis; a son, Ray Randall Lewis; a daughter, Deborah Lewis Marshall; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service is being planned. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Church of Christ Scientist in Richmond or to Sugar Plum Inc., 1353 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach.
