Alveney ``Beanie'' Everett Chesson, 75, of the 600 block of Virginia Ave., died Sunday, July 23, 1995, at her daughter's home in Virginia Beach.
She was born in Robersonville, N.C., and was the daughter of the late L.L. Everett Sr. and Magnolia Rogerson Everett.
Loving care giver to many, she is survived by her daughter, Jackie Chesson Walls of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Margaret Hicks of Norfolk, and Annabelle Ford of Parmele, N.C.; one brother, Lester L. Everett of Robersonville, N.C.; a niece, Michele Hicks Hornbake of Norfolk; a great-niece and great-nephew, Nicole and Cato McGee of Norfolk; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Juanita Saunders of 1982.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m.
