Chesapeake has been allocated $75,000 for fiscal year 1995-96 from Family Preservation and Support Funds. Chesapeake Council on Youth Services will help to decide how this money will be spent. A focus group will be conducted from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 17 at the Central Library, 298 Cedar Road, at which citizens can express their concerns on the needs of families.
