As a local resident, I enjoy visiting Waterside Festival Marketplace from time to time.
On my last two visits to Waterside, I have been approached by a total of three panhandlers.
While I can appreciate anyone's cash-flow problems, I simply am not comfortable with panhandling at Waterside.
