Gerald L. Crandle, 20, of the 1200 block of W. 40th St., died July 27, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Crandle was born in Norfolk. He was a machine operator for B & B Machine Co. and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Dorma T. Crandle of Norfolk and Ronnie P. Crandle of Chesapeake; a sister, Tiara D. Crandle, and a brother, Paul R. Crandle, both of Chesapeake; maternal grandparents, Virgie Turner, and the late James Turner, Norfolk; paternal grandparents, Paul and Jessie Crandle of Greensville, N.C.; a stepmother, Bonnie M. Crandle of Chesapeake; and a godmother, Renee Robinson of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bethlehem Baptist Church by the Rev. H. Bernard Branch. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. A wake will be held 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hale Funeral Home. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Family will assemble at 1261 W. 40th St.
