NORFOLK CELEBRATES WITH SISTER CITY GARDEN REDEDICATED

Norfolk Botanical Garden rededicated Kitakyushu Park Saturday to

celebrate renovations made in the garden, which is named after

Norfolk's sister city in Japan.

Japan, performs part of festival for health, harvests and defense of

the fatherland. The drums, beaten 120 times per minute, are
