Marcellus Mitchell ``Buster'' Lucido, 81, died Aug. 5, 1995.
Mr. Lucido was born in Baltimore. He retired in 1976 as credit manager of Reliable Stores and was a member of Memorial Baptist Church. He was past president of Retail Merchants Association, and was founder and president of Peninsula Credit Sales Executives Association.
A loving husband and devoted father, he was survived by his wife of 60 years, Lucille B. Lucido; three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Frances, Robert and Linda, Donald and Betty; four daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Steve Stevens, Barbara and Jimmy Antinori, Rose and Eddie Hill, Cornelia and Jack Hughes; two sisters, Gloria Nelson, Dolly Pickens. He was preceded in death by his son, Marcellus Mitchell Lucido Jr.; and his parents, Joseph Lucido and the Rev. Virginia B. Fickel.
The funeral will be at noon Tuesday in Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home with interment immediately following in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. The Rev. Donald Harvey will officiate. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Memorial Baptist Church, Building Fund, 317 Lee St., Hampton, Va., 23669.
