CHARLES E. PARVIN SR.

Charles E. ``Dick'' Parvin Sr., 55, died August 6, 1995, in his residence.

Mr. Parvin was born in Norfolk, Va., and was the owner of Expert Tree Service in Middlesex Co., Va.

He is survived by his wife, Constance S. Parvin; one daughter, Angela F. Parvin of Wake, Va.; one son, David Parvin of New Jersey; four sisters, Dorothy P. Combs of Springfield, Mo., Gray P. Probst of Madison, Wis., Joyce P. Fisher of Virginia Beach, and Faye P. Robinson of Chesapeake; and one brother, Joseph R. Parvin of Culpepper, Va.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Charles E. Parvin Jr., and older brother, Henry A. Parvin Jr.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 9, 1995, by the Rev. John Gimenez. Burial is at Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, today from 7 to 9 p.m., and at other times at 666 Lord Dunmore Drive in Virginia Beach.
