MYRTLE L. ALLISON

Myrtle Lee Allison, 74, of the 1000 block of Beckner Ave., died Aug. 13, 1995.

A native of Suffolk, she was the daughter of the late John E. and Annie Gray White, and the widow of Walter Allison. She was a member of West End Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Harrell and Robin E. Allison, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; five sons, Walter Allison, David A. Allison and Robert E. Allison, all of Suffolk, Fred E. Allison of Hampton, Stephen R. Allison of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Macon White of Galveston, Texas; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel at Meadowbrook Gardens, Suffolk, by the Rev. T. Floyd Irby. Entombment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends in the R. W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home from 6 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1413, Suffolk, Va. 23439.
