Severio Henry ``Dee'' Di Matteo, 47, of the 5500 block of Monroe Place, died Aug. 14, 1995, in his home.
Mr. Di Matteo, a storekeeper for the City of Norfolk, was born in New Orleans, La. He was a Catholic.
Survivors include eight sisters, Linda Aertika, Lena Firman, Kathy Eiesleman, Rita Rosewolf, Judy Ann Mato, Cindy Louise Di Matteo, Tammy Di Matteo, all of New Orleans, La., Janet Treadway of Newnan, Ga.; two brothers, Raymond Millet and John Di Matteo, both of New Orleans, La.; a longtime companion, Lynn Myer of Key West, Fla.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery with military honors. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
