LeRoy Willard Harris, 75, of the 400 block of S. George Washington Highway, died Aug. 15, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Harris, a retired inspector for Ford Motor Company, was born in Pasquotenk County, N.C. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 31 years. He was a member of Deep Creek United Methodist Church, and a member of the Wesleyman Bible Class, and the United Methodist Men.
Survivors include his wife, Stella S. Harris; one daughter, Sandra Pastian of Portsmouth; one son, Ronald W. Harris of Tarpon Springs, Fla.; one sister, Lydia ``Lil'' Beckner of Norfolk; four grandchildren, Cindy H. Nelson of Clearwater, Fla., Chris Harris of Tarpon Springs, Tracy Pastian and Sara Pastian, both of Portsmouth.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Deep Creek United Methodist Church, by the Rev. Bradford L. Phillips. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Deep Creek United Methodist Church, Wesleyman Bible Class, or United Methodist Men, 141 George Washington Highway, Chesapeake, Va. 23323.
