FLORENCE O. COZZENS

Florence Olivia Cozzens, 90, of the 8000 block of E. Glen Road, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 1995, in her son's residence in Chesapeake.

Mrs. Cozzens was a retired sales clerk for Roses Department Store in Norfolk. She was born in Elam, N.C., and was the widow of James Edward Cozzens. She attended Hyde Park Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her four daughters, Marjorie Roush of Abington, Va., Jacqueline Tarpley of Chesapeake, Ann Lipsinsky of St. Louis, Mo., and Cheryl Brickner of Chesapeake; two sons, Marion E. Cozzens of Norfolk, and Francis R. Cozzens of Chesapeake; 59 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bernice Anglin.

A funeral service wil be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by Pastor Terry Beck. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. There will be a visitation at the funeral home Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m.
