Mrs. Ruby Glen H. Hoggard, 54, of 419 Eldorado St., died Saturday, Aug. 19, 1995, in Bertie Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Bertie County, a member of the Wakelon Baptist Church, and a seamstress for Ross of Florida.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Ray Hoggard; two sons, Ray Hoggard and David Hoggard, both of Lakeland; two sisters, Hilda Harden of Aulander, N.C., and Sophie White of Askewville, N.C.; three brothers, Robert L. Hoggard of Chesapeake, Eugene Hoggard of Colerain, N.C., and Sherman Hoggard of Chesapeake; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. today in the Bethel Assembly of God in Askewville by the Rev. R.O. Denton and the Rev. Allen Harmon. Burial will follow in the Hoggard Family Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 1995, in the First Free Methodist Chruch of Lakeland, Fla. Walker Fuenral Home, Windsor, is in charge of arrangements.
