Francis ``Frank'' W. Clements, 39, of the 100 block of Sawgrass Bend, died Aug. 22, 1995, in his residence.
He was born in Pennsylvania and worked as a mechanical engineer at Burlage Corp. He was a Catholic and a U.S. Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Burg.
He is survived by stepfather, William Burg of Pennsylvania; one sister, Denise Clements of Pennsylvania; three brothers, William C. Burg II and Richard Burg, both of Virginia Beach, and Scott Burg of Newport News, Va.
A funeral service will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 1995, by Father John Peck in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel. Burial will be private at a later date. The family will receive friends following the service.
