A 35-year-old man who apparently fell from a boat while it was at a dock drowned Thursday night.
The incident occurred at the Willoughby Marina in the 1500 block of Bayville St. on Willoughby Spit.
The man, whose name was not being released until relatives could be notified, fell from the boat shortly after 9 p.m.
The man was pulled from the water a short time later. Paramedics tried to revive him but couldn't.
The body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's office for an examination.
