Richard Bredin ``Rick'' Foster, 42, of the 7800 block of Azalea Garden Road, died Aug. 24, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Foster, a trim carpenter, was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church of Norfolk, and a member of Broad Bay Sailing Association. He was a graduate of Lake Taylor High School and Lynchburg College.
Survivors include his wife, Martina H. Foster; three children, Kenneth Dale Foster, Courtney L. Foster, and Cameron L. Foster, all of Norfolk; his parents, Richard and Anita Foster of Norfolk; two sisters, Gail Ann Biermann of Virginia Beach and Cheri Lynn Donahue of Chesapeake; four nieces; and two nephews.
The funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Stephens Episcopal Church, by the Rev. Father Peter A. Magill. Burial will be private at a later date. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, and at other times at 6813 Woodridge Dr., Norfolk.
