Bobby Earl Todd, born Nov. 12, 1930, died Aug. 25, 1995.
Born in Belfry, Ky., he served 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a Master diver. He resided in Norfolk since retiring in 1968.
He is survived by his four children: three daughters, Debra Howe of Hertford, N.C., Karen Todd of Richmond, Nancy Peck of Naples, Fla.; and a son, C.M. Todd of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; two brothers, Troy Todd of Orlando, Fla., and James Todd of Norfolk; and three sisters, Mavis Staneley of Roanoke, Va., Kathleen Thompson of Williamson, W.Va., and Jane Weddington of Kalamazoo, Mich.
Funeral services will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
