Roberta Thomson Dunn, 52, of the Lake of the Woods, died Aug. 25, 1995, in UVA Hospital, because of multiple organ failure.
Mrs. Dunn, a substance abuse technican at the Boxwood Facility, Culpeper, Va., was born July 4, 1943, in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was predeceased by her father, Edward Bruce Thomson; and mother, Rose Laura Manzari.
Survivors include her husband, Kerry R. Dunn; one son, James Chester Dunn of Locust Grove; one daughter, Sabrina Marie Dunn of Richmond; one sister, Rosanne Thomson Sendleback of West Babylon, N.Y., currently residing at Palm Coast, Fla.; one granddaughter, Brianna Christina Aletras Dunn.
The funeral will be conducted at 8 p.m. today in Lake of the Woods Church, Locust Grove, by the Rev. Thomas Schafer. Burial will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, N.Y. A visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today in Johnson Funeral Home, and from 6 to 8 p.m. in Lake of the Woods Church.
