MILITARY CIRCLE MAKEOVER MOVED UP TWO MONTHS

The $10 million renovation of Military Circle Mall, which began this month, will be completed earlier than expected, the shopping center's management company said. Originally, management firm Urban Retail Properties Co. estimated the mall makeover would be finished by September 1996. But Rick Polley, Military Circle's general manager, said an aggressive schedule will push the date up to July 1996. Urban Retail Properties recently picked Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. of Baltimore as the project's general contractor. by CNB
