Elizabeth Futrell Taylor, 84, died Monday, Aug. 28, 1995, in Roanoke Valley Nursing Home, Rich Square, N.C.
She was a native of Northampton County and a member of the Conway United Methodist Church where she served as an officer in many of the organizations. She was also a member of the Conway Book Club.
She is survived by her husband, W. Medford Taylor Sr. of Conway; two sons, W. Medford Taylor Jr. of Richmond and Thomas F. Taylor and his wife Barbara Taylor of Florence, N.C.; and two grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. today in the Conway United Methodist Church by the Rev. Rob Hammond and Dr. Bill Livingston. Burial will follow in the Conway Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Conway United Methodist Church. Bridgers Funeral Home handling arrangements.
