CHARLES HINTON

Charles ``Balley'' Hinton, 56, of the 400 block of Jasper Court, died Sept. 2, 1995, at home.

He was the retired owner of Hinton Hauling Service. He was born in Elizabeth City, N.C.

He is survived by one daughter, Paula H. Franklin of Mobile, Ala.; hismother, Hattie Hinton of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Delois H. Williams, Ida H. Smith, and Hattie H. Battle, all of Virginia Beach; one brother, Earl Hinton of Virginia Beach; and two grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday by the Rev. Charles H. Williams in Hale Funeral Home, Norfolk. Burial is in Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at 5125 Sammy St., Virginia Beach, at 10 a.m. for the funeral procession.
