William Fisher Floyd, of the 900 block of Galt St., died Sept. 1, 1995.
He was a native of Norfolk and worked as a welder for Hall Hodges. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his children, Aubey Gray, Shereese Jarnell Floyd, Monika Jarnell Floyd, Shata da Yakeeya Floyd, William F. Floyd Jr.; his parents, Vivian Hall Floyd and Robert Floyd; two sisters, Delores Mason and Cynthia Rochelle, both of Norfolk; one brother, Robert Floyd III of Norfolk; and two grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at noon today by Elder Joseph Williams in Refuge COGIC. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will assemble at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
