Oscar Leroy Guthrie, 65, of the 5800 block of Hawthorne Lane, died Sept. 7, 1995, in Suffolk.
He was the widower of Nannie Guthrie and was a member of Bayside Presbyterian Church. He was a retired linesman for Virginia Power.
He is survived by one sister, Margie M. Ray of Portsmouth; and one brother, George L. Guthrie Jr. of Jamestown, N.C.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday by Dr. William C. Russ in Princess Anne Memorial Gardens, Virginia Beach. Loving Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
