TWO BURNED SEVERELY

Two people were burned severely early Thursday when fire damaged a Coliseum Mall salon.

The fire occurred at 2040 Coliseum Drive shortly before 5 a.m. at the Nail Luv Salon.

Both victims, a 25-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, were taken by air ambulance to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Neither was identified.

The male was listed in serious condition. The female was in critical condition with burns over 75 percent of her body.

A spokesman for the Hampton Fire Department said the fire was accidental.
