Anna Belle Cake, 60, of Norfolk, died Sept. 10, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Cake was born in Taft, Fla. and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Norfolk. She worked in zoning code enforcement for the City of Norfolk for the past 38 years.
Survivors include her husband, James G. Cake Jr.; a son, John Albert Cake and wife Wendy of Arlington, Va.; mother, Anna M. Cake; father, Albert Langley; a sister, Lynda Wilson of Deer Lodge, Tenn.; two brothers, Thomas Langley of Port Aransas, Texas and Donald Langley of Bradford, Pa.; a granddaughter, Ashley Anna Cake; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Louise and Herman Broegeler of Zuni, Va.; and a niece, Diane Jones of Zuni.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Daniel H. Quiram. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
