Torrence Gordon ``Whitey'' Cullen Sr., 69, of the 3300 block of Eunice Road, died Sept. 12, 1995, in a Florida hospital.
Mr. Cullen was a native of Norfolk. He was a Merchant Marine engineer for 33 years and retired in 1985. He was a veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Patti Cullen; a son, Torrence ``Fireball'' Cullen Jr., of Jacksonville Beach; his mother, L'Marie Cullen Davis of Norfolk; and a sister, Davey Davidson of Los Angeles, Calif.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, in charge.
