Thomas F. Sipps, 91, of the 400 block of Woodstock Rd., died Sept. 15, 1995, in a local hospital.
He was a retired supervisor at Philadelphia Gas Works where he worked for 42 years. Mr. Sipps was a native of Philadelphia, Pa., and was the widower of Catherine Sipps. He was Protestant and was a member of the Masonic Lodge (NU)487.
He is survived by one step-son, Albert F. Kerslake of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one niece in Pennsylvania.
A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Paul D. Moore in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is in charge.
