WILLIAM A. RIDDICK

William A. ``Lonnie'' Riddick, 69, of E. Little Creek Road, died Sunday in Portsmouth.

Mr. Riddick, a native of Chesapeake, was a Baptist and was the widower of Lillian Riddick. He retired as a painter from the Ford Motor Co. and was a Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty R. Farmer of Richmond and Mary R. Satterwhite of Waynesboro, Ga.; two sons, Robert Lee Riddick of Chesapeake and Thomas Ray Riddick of Norfolk; a sister, Louise R. Garrett of Chesapeake; a brother, W. Maury Riddick of Portsmouth; and five grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Lake Drummond Baptist Church Cemetery, Chesapeake, by Dr. U.G. Robertson. The family will be at Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, from 7 to 8 p.m. today and at other times at 3441 Ballahack Road, Chesapeake and also at 104 Heath Lane, Portsmouth.
