Stanley J. Gallop, 8 days old, of the 3100 block of Petre Court, died Sept. 19, 1995, in Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
He was born in Virginia Beach. Survivors include his parents, Sereta N. Watson and Stanley L. Gallop, both of Chesapeake; one sister, Sharita S. Miller of Chesapeake; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie H. Lovett of Chesapeake; one uncle, Charles C. Lovett; and a host of aunts, great uncles, cousins; and loving godmother, LaVerne W. Hurdle. He was predeceased by paternal grandmother, Queenie V. Butts.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Corprew Funeral Home Chapel, Portsmouth, by the Rev. F.R. Williams. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at 6 p.m. today. The family will assemble for the funeral at 1457 S. Eva Court, Chesapeake. The family request services to be private.
