Edith Majorie Anderson Corbell, 97, of the 2000 block of Rokeby Ave., died Sept. 27, 1995, in Chesapeake.
She was a native of Osakis, Minn., and was the widow of William A. Corbell Sr.
She was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses and was retired from N.A.S. in Norfolk after many years of service.
Mrs. Corbell is survived by one daughter, Elaine C. Woolard of Norfolk; one sister, Alta A. Meroney of Norfolk; three grandchildren, Janet P. Sawyer of Chesapeake, Karen Corbell of Hampton, and Barbara Noble; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Saturday by Roy Pallett in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Burial will be at a later date. The family will receive friends at 2022 Rokeby Ave. in Chesapeake today 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Kingdome Hall Jehovah's Witness, 481 Oak Grove Road, Chesapeake, Va. 23320.
