Ernest J. McClellan, 81, of the 800 block of Hill St., died Sept. 28, 1995, in his residence.
He was a native of South Carolina and was a member of First Baptist Church, South Hill, Chesapeake.
He is survived by his wife, Perbie C. McClellan; three daughters, Evaleen Dunaway of Norfolk, Francine Penn of Maryland, Jessica Stevenson of Chesapeake; one son, Wendall McClellan of Maryland; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. Calvin Dunaway in Pretlow's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial is in St. Luke Church Cemetery, Chesapeake. Viewing will be today from 2 to 8 p.m. Family and friends will assemble at 802 Hill St., Chesapeake, at 12:15 p.m. for the procession to the church.
