A Tuesday MetroNews story, about efforts to improve safety on a
downtown Suffolk street following a fatal bicycle accident,
misspelled the name of Deon Terrell Skeeter. It also had an
incorrect age and condition. He is 9 years old, and he underwent
surgery after the accident.
Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, Lafayette Boulevard and
Versailles Avenue, Norfolk, will hold a spaghetti supper fund raiser
from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 5. Tickets are $3 for adults and $1.50 for
children. A notice in Saturday's religion calendar had the name and
