A 21-year-old man was arrested this week in connection with a July 1994 slaying, police reported Thursday.
Tremaine L. Banks of the 200 block of W. 33rd St. was charged with murder, use of a firearm and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
The victim, Robert F. Deloatch, 36, was fatally shot in the 3500 block of Newport Ave. on July 1, 1994, police said.
