Vera Watson Keyser, 73, of the 300 block of Hertz Road, a homemaker, died Oct. 7, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Keyser was born in Oriental, N.C. She was the daughter of the late Ludora Williamson Watson and Randolph E. Watson and was the widow of Robert Edward Keyser.
Survivors include two daughters, Donna A. Lawson of Windsor and Julia K. Nettles of Chesapeake; a son, Charles Augustine Jr. of Windsor; a sister, Evelyn W. Charbeneau of Williamsburg; two brothers, Garlon Watson of Windsor and R.E. Watson of Bayboro, N.C.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk, by Father James E. Gordon. Burial will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday before the memorial service from 6 to 7 p.m. They also suggest that memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 536 Homestead Road, Bowers Hill, Chesapeake, Va. 23321.
