Virginia Ann Moore Allen, 86, died Oct. 8, 1995.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland Arsee Allen, and a son, Luther Allen.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Etta Tanner of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; three sons, Joseph Allen of Henderson, N.C., Walter Allen of Murfreesboro, N.C., and George Allen of Franklin, Va.; two sisters, Phyllis Blair of Princeton, R.I., and Jean King of Snead's Ferry, N.C.; a brother, Jessie Moore of Muskogee, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Fountain Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at Echols Funeral Home tonight from 7 to 8:30 p.m. to receive friends.
