John William ``Bill'' Perry Jr., 42, of Portsmouth, died Oct. 7, 1995, in Maryview Medical Center.
Mr. Perry was a native of Portsmouth.
Survivors include his father, John W. Perry Sr. of Portsmouth; his mother, Peggie Williams of Hampton; two half-brothers, Forrest Williams Jr. of Virginia Beach and Lenny Williams of Hampton; a half-sister, Kim Simmons of Hampton; and a grandmother, Louise Redford of Richmond.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Temple Baptist Church in Portsmouth by the Rev. Allen L. Dooley. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
