Elizabeth Fae Holmquist, 84, a resident of Windermere, died Oct. 10, 1995.
Mrs. Holmquist was born in Akron, Ohio. She received her B.A. from Akron University and her M.A. from Ohio University. She is the widow of Kenneth Richard Bowers and she taught kindergarten for many years in the Akron Public Schools. She was remarried to Edward T. Holmquist in 1977 and moved to Vero Beach, Fla., until his death. She moved to Virginia Beach with her daughter in 1994. Mrs. Holmquist was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach, Fla.
Survivors include two daughters, Barabara B. Godfrey and her husband, Kenneth Godfrey of Virginia Beach, and Gail Sandra Bosley of Akron; and three grandchildren, David Bosley of Ohio, Laura Fisher and Tracy Quast both of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be conducted in Vero Beach. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, are handling arrangements.
