Walter E. Lee, 77, of the 1300 block of Earle Ave., died Oct. 10, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Lee, the widower of Beulah C. Lee, was born in Portlock, Va. He was a retired plant supervisor for Elizabeth River Terminals and attended Parkway Temple.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Dan Tambur of Pittston, Pa., Sandra and Samuel Carpenter of Virginia Beach, Deborah and Kirk Curry of Chesapeake; one sister, Helen Lane of Norfolk; three granddaughters, Kimberly Tambur, Cynthia Carpenter, Valerie Carpenter. He was predeceased by three sisters, Dorothy Cofield, Violet Bailey and Ethel Lee.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
