The man pictured with a MetroNews story Wednesday about Pat
Robertson was not Mark Peterson, former president of Robertson's
American Sales Corp., whom Robertson is suing for libel. It was
Kerry Young, a former distributor of Robertson's KaloVita products.
Young is not a party to the Robertson-Peterson lawsuit.
Peterson is shown in the photo at left.
Robert G. Hofheimer Jr. is not a lawyer, as stated in a Daily
Break story Wednesday.
An article in Sunday's Home & Garden section said that columnist
Robert Stiffler would sign copies of his new gardening book this
weekend at the Norfolk Botanical Garden Gift Shop in Baker Hall.
However, the signing Saturday morning is for Norfolk Botanical
Garden members only. Stiffler will sign books for the public at
Baker Hall Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.
